A Better Way Errand and Pet Sitting Service provides personalized "in-your-home" pet care for your precious pets at those times when you cannot be there. We are committed to providing the most loving and highest quality care for your pets.

Every Pet Visit Includes:

- Feeding and clean water
- Fresh air, fun and exercise
- Dog walking by a professional dog walker (Click to see how your dog can benefit from having a professional dog walking)
- Treats
- Brushing
- Lots of TLC and belly rubs
- Check for accidents and clean up
- Administration of medications and other special care
- Litter box and/or cage maintenance
- Daily log of pets' activities
- Water indoor plants
- Theft deterrent services including alternating lights and curtains as well as mail and newspaper collection.

Initial Consultation:

- FREE 30-60 minute visit to meet and greet you and your pet(s)
- Includes filling out all necessary paperwork, answering questions, key pick up and touring your home while gathering detailed instructions on how to care for you pets.
(Initial consultation must be conducted before any new client visits will be performed. 50% deposit is required at this time. Balance due at first pet visit in the form of cash or check made out to 'A Better Way'

Pet Sitting Rates:

-$16 per 30 minute visit for up to 2 pets. (Daily midday visits for our regular, weekly clients is still $15 per 30 minute visit for up to 2 pets.) Add $3 per visit for each additional pet.
- Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Day and New Years Eve and Day, add extra $5.00/visit
- $10 per 10-15 minute visit for short potty break
- Potty breaks are only offered in conjunction with a minimum booking of 2 regular visits per day
- $25 for pet taxi to and from appointments, up to 1 hour in duration, including travel time. Charged in half hour increments after the first hour.
- $10 for pet supply pick up (not including cost of supplies)

Safe Key Service:

Your key will be tagged and kept separate from your file and personal information. This will allow you to call and request service at any time. Please note, we WILL NOT leave a key in your home after our last scheduled visit. Your home and pets are our top priority while you are away from home. This policy will give you peace of mind if you are delayed in returning for any reason.
